Here are some insider tips to help you know what we're looking for.

-Explain why your service project is important. There are lots of world problems out there, so why did you choose this one?

-Let us know if your project relates to your future career goals or college classes. This is something we always like to see.

-Try to make your budget as accurate as possible. It doesn't have to be exact, but specific estimates for the costs for your project are helpful.

-If you've already started on the project or have volnteered/worked in an organization that focuses on a similar issue, please put that in your application.

-Show us some personality. We want to feel like we know something about you after reading your application. It's good to lighten up in the last section of the application!
